Introduction

Fill in the application form, include your resume and tell us why you are interested in getting onboard. We do an initial screening to see if your profile matches our requirements.

Personal Interview

A casual meeting where we talk about our vision and assess your soft skills (such as communication) and your personal development goals to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Technical interview

We check your skill set for programming languages, design architectures and frameworks.

Technical Test

Through a series of technical tests, we take a look at your problem solving and technical abilities.

Presentation

After the tests, we arrange a presentation where you show your results to our senior engineers.

Team Definition

We make a decision after discussion with a large team of software engineers, people generalists and managers.

Once onboard, we tailor an onboarding schedule that suits your skills and profile. We help new team members settle in quickly, and we take care of you and your progress.
