Establish solid long-term relationships with each client's stakeholders through both digital and in-person communication.
Manage client expectations and generally serve as a focal point for communication between client stakeholders and Moove It's teams.
Develop a deep understanding of each project's business context, organizational needs, and technical requirements.
At project inception, work with operations and team leaders to create project growth roadmaps and identify opportunities to leverage additional services.
Identify issues with team structure or gaps in team capabilities, then ensure your team creates a training or staffing plan to address those gaps.
Keep project contracts up to date and negotiate quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contract terms.
5+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the software development industry or any other equivalent role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A team player who can work well in a collaborative environment.
Conversancy in modern web technologies, architectures, and tools.
Willingness to travel occasionally based on client and business needs.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
