Technical talent acquisition


What you will do

  • Leading the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Focus on international hiring
  • Sourcing candidates via multiple channels and maintaining a strong pipeline of talents, whilst creating a great candidate experience
  • Face-to-face and remote competency-based interviews
  • Assist the People team with ad-hoc projects, activities and tasks that arise

What we expect

  • Advanced knowledge in English (fluent speaking, be able to conduct an English interview and assess candidate language use level)
  • Experience on IT hiring (mainly LinkedIn boolean search)
  • Experience performing competency-based interviews
  • Passion for helping others
  • Results-oriented
  • Creativity to propose new ideas and carry out innovative tasks that allow the company to continue its growing
  • Psychology or HR graduate with at least 3 years of relevant experience

Nice to have

  • Experience in a software industry Company
