Office Manager / Talent acquisition

What you will do

  • Build and maintain hiring channels (job sites, bootcamps, UT, etc).
  • Conduct early stage interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding.
  • Assists with employee relations efforts, such as coordination of team lunches, office celebrations, the birthday card recognition program, holiday cards, floral arrangements, team outings/meetings, etc.
  • Coordinate internal activities such as technical talks, after-work events, and general meetings.
  • Coordinate external activities such as workshops/training sessions and meetups (technical staff is responsible for the actual content at these events).
  • Coordinate conversations with employees to receive feedback on the company and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate the activities associated with the career path of employees.
  • Order and maintain office supply inventory.
  • Work with the management as their go-to person — no task too big, or too small.
  • Manage vendor and property manager relations.

What we expect

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or communication.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and take direction from multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Google Sheets/Docs/Slides.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in the IT/software industry
  • Spanish language skills
  • Graphic design skills
