What you will do

  • Forge a solid long-term relationship with the client’s stakeholders.
  • Deliver a high-quality service by deeply understanding the client’s business and product offerings.
  • Understand the client’s needs, and maximize the Moove It’s value by setting up a team structure customized to the expectations set by the client.
  • Execute farming activities based on service value to increase the Moove It’s revenue with a given client.
  • Manage strategic advancement of customer relations, including ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention as well as identification of upselling potential.
  • Keep the contracts up to date and negotiate quotes, RFIs/RFPs, and contracts as well.
  • Liaise with the Studios to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively and with high-end quality.
  • Manage client expectations and communications flow as it relates to the production and internal project teams; negotiate and resolve high-level client issues.
  • Develop business proposals and make product presentations for clients.

What we expect

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in the software development industry or any other equivalent role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • A team player who can work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Conversancy in modern web technologies, architectures, and tools.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally based on client and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical skills.
  • Marketing, Finances or Engineering degree.
